I must get this back for my social worker to send my document to DCFS for approval, then once they are approved by DCFS they go to USCIS to get my I171H, this document is needed to bring my baby home from Ethiopia.

Mar 14, 2008: Social Worker is not renewing her license I must find a new social worker
Mar 19, 2008: Found new social worker
April 1, 2008: Had first visit with new social worker
April 9, 2008: Had second visit with new social worker, found out I still need police clearance.
April 19, 2008: Re-Finger printed "technical difficulties" with the first set.
May 6, 2008: Finger Print clearance sent to social worker :-)
May 13, 2008: Home Study update completed and sent to DCFS.
May 26, 2008 Foster Care License came in the mail
June 4, 2008 DCFS approved my Home Study
June 5, 2008 Home Study sent to USCIS

Oct 9, 2008 On Hold for 6 months (unexpected USA (MI) adoption
April 9, 2009 Came off hold
April 14, 2009 Referral of my baby girl (1.5 months old)
