Jacks first Birthday is today

We are home...

Sorry for the delay in updating the site, we are home safe and sound, raising two kiddos is a lot of work, it does not leave much time for posting....

Flights are booked!!!

My sister and I fly out next Thursday, yes 7 days away, we arrive in Ethiopia on Friday night.

I travel to Ethiopia in 9 Days..

The call came today, Sue at CWA sweet voice said you leave Aug 28 and Return Sept 3 with an embassy date Sept 1...

Please keep us in your prayers.
Pray that Grandma and Grandpa have no issues with Jack
Pray mommy does not miss her baby
Pray that Jack, Jennifer and I stay healthy the next week
Pray that Jennifer and I have a safe trip
Pray for Jenelle that she is healthy and attaches to her new mommy

Yesterday I recieved Jacks birth certificate...I am very blessed to offically be the mommy of my dear son.....

Jenelle Update

This week it has now been 4 weeks since my passing of court. Over the past 4 weeks the group that sends the paperwork for processing of Jenelle's birth certificat has been in training and now this past week on vacation. I am hoping the paper work starts next week for her birth certificate, if it does it will take 2 weeks to process and then we would travel 2-5 weeks later.
CWA sent new pictures of my daughter, she is getting big and healthy oh and has lots of hair.....

Jack 9 months old

Jack was 9 months old on July 9th.
He has 4 teeth, crawling, pulling up on things... Ohhh and chasing Edison around the house, it is funny to see Edison move room to room and Jack following behind him.

Praise God I have a Daughter!!!

Thank you for all of your prayers...
My sister and I will travel in 6-8 weeks to bring her home....

God has richly blessed me..

Court tonight in Ethiopia...

Please pray, as tonight while we are all sleeping the Judges will meet in a court in Ethiopia to decide if my daughter is officially mine. I will find out tomorrow before 12:00 if I am a new mommy.... Ahhhhh, Please God let me pass this time....
